Whichever way you look at it, and you’ll see it especially if you’re on social media hearing directly from the people, the vast majority of Americans want the 15 million Illegals brought in under Biden, gone. Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan was arrested because she wanted to protect an illegal alien from ICE, who was outside her courtroom with a warrant for the alien’s arrest. His victims were in her courtroom. One was his former roommate, whom the alien had beaten almost to death, walloping him with some 30 blows to the head. The other victim was a woman who had been present at the violent incident in March. As she tried to break up the beating, the alien struck her too. He was charged with battery.
Judge Dugan found out ICE agents were in the hallway outside the courtroom, so she went out to confront them and insisted they leave. When they refused, she led them into another judge’s office. She then returned to the courtroom, apparently adjourned the alien’s battery case without the prosecuting attorneys even knowing it, then led the alien and his defense attorney out a back, non-public door. He made it out of the courthouse, a foot chase ensued, and the DEA and FBI arrested him on the street.
“Judge” Dugan place the Federal agents’ lives in danger while protecting the illegal alien/alleged batterer above the victims; all done right in front of the victims’ faces!! But it’s turned out, he’s a member of MS-13; his wife had two Restraining Orders on him for domestic violence, and she told police he slaps her and beats her regularly; her ex-husband had an R.O. on him and he was afraid for his children being around him (because he knew he was a gang member). The poor, innocent Maryland Man had threatened his wife’s mother, saying if he killed her, no one would know or ever find her. Then, if that wasn’t enough already, he was pulled over while trafficking other illegals from Texas to Maryland. Eight people in the car, all Hispanic. In Tennessee, on their way from Texas to Maryland. Garcia was speeding. He didn’t have a license. He had $1,400 in cash on him. The van title belonged to an admitted human trafficker who had pled guilty at his sentencing. And Garcia was let go. Do you think you would be let go – as an American citizen – if you were pulled over for speeding, then found to be known by the officers to be trafficking, and you didn’t have a license?
As for me, if it weren’t for the miles-wide path of destruction these people leave behind them, including the persecution of Jews, (which, this alone, in my opinion, will land them in hell), I would otherwise hope they’d just keep doing what they’ve been doing. In another answer to my personal prayers, the thief who stole Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s purse on Easter Sunday while she was at a D.C. restaurant having holiday dinner with her family, has been arrested. So were his accomplices. They were Chilean illegal aliens, if you can even believe it. Lol.
It was a Gucci bag with $3,000 in cash, her ID, and her Homeland Security ID badge in it. Apparently, there have been dozens of these burglaries over the last few years, without consequence.
Investigators think the alien thieves didn’t know it was the Homeland Security Secretary’s purse they were stealing – one of the highest ranking people in the country charged with the goal of removing illegal aliens and diminishing threats to the homeland. All over the news, everywhere you tune in, all we’re hearing about this past week is how a “Maryland Man” was illegally deported by the Trump Administration, and how first they “defied” a District Judge’s order to turn the planes around, and then SCOTUS ordered the Trump Administration to “facilitate the return” of said “Maryland Man,” but that hasn’t happened. The horror!
I had to look into this. Because although I do not support illegal immigration, especially to the destructive degree it was unleashed on us during the past four years of the Biden Regime, I would never want an American citizen – a “Maryland Man” as he has been portrayed by the mainstream media – to be erroneously swept up during ICE raids and deported if he did not deserve to be, under the law. And that is exactly what the media has blasted us with, continuously, day in and day out: that this poor guy was erroneously rounded up by the evil ICE, and then erroneously deported with violent gang members, making it sound like he’s an innocent American citizen in an awfully unfair predicament. He must be saved!
Okay.
To begin with, let me be clear: I object to the term now widely used: Undocumented Immigrant. Or even immigrant or migrant. No one is “undocumented” unless they literally crossed the border illegally without so much as checking themselves through a legal portal. During the Biden Regime this was completely unnecessary because the illegal aliens who were invited in from all over the world, in an all-out effort to destroy the country, only needed to go onto a United States’ government app, provided to them by a U.S. government phone, and put in whatever information they wanted. And then they could enter and be released into the country with a court date, often 5-6 years from now. We know that thousands were flown in by Biden, directly from their country of origin, right over the border and into our cities and towns. Don’t get me started.
By the language of our own federal law, anyone other than those aliens who enter legally, and either obtain the proper visa or apply for citizenship and eventually become citizens, are considered “Illegal Aliens.” That is the term used in the law:
8 U.S. Code § 1324 – Bringing in and harboring certain aliens
(a)Criminal penalties
(1)
(A) Any person who—
(i) knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien;
(ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law;
(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;
(iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or
(v)(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
(II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,
shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).
(B)A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—
(i) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i) or (v)(I) or in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), or (iv) in which the offense was done for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both;
(ii) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), (iv), or (v)(II), be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both;
(iii) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) during and in relation to which the person causes serious bodily injury (as defined in section 1365 of title 18) to, or places in jeopardy the life of, any person, be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both; and
(iv) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18, or both.
(2)Any person who, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has not received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever, such alien, regardless of any official action which may later be taken with respect to such alien shall, for each alien in respect to whom a violation of this paragraph occurs—
(A) be fined in accordance with title 18 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; or
(B) in the case of—
(i) an offense committed with the intent or with reason to believe that the alien unlawfully brought into the United States will commit an offense against the United States or any State punishable by imprisonment for more than 1 year,
(ii) an offense done for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, or
(iii) an offense in which the alien is not upon arrival immediately brought and presented to an appropriate immigration officer at a designated port of entry,
be fined under title 18 and shall be imprisoned, in the case of a first or second violation of subparagraph (B)(iii), not more than 10 years, in the case of a first or second violation of subparagraph (B)(i) or (B)(ii), not less than 3 nor more than 10 years, and for any other violation, not less than 5 nor more than 15 years.

Now, we can see by reading the actual legal language that the term used in our own Federal Law is “Illegal Alien”. So, don’t buy into the left’s constant spewing of the terms “Undocumented Migrant,” “Undocumented Immigrant” or just “Migrant.” These terms are used to soft-pedal this issue. Those who have entered our country illegally are Illegal Aliens, not undocumented immigrants; not migrants, and in the case of the left’s description of the illegal alien who was living in Maryland, they are not citizens, nor is he a “Maryland Man.” He is not from Maryland, he is from El Salvador.
We can also see by reading the law for ourselves, that Joe Biden should be in jail for aiding, abetting, and transporting into the country so many illegal aliens. Whatever the sentence would be – say one year per occurrence – he would spend the next 12-20 million years in jail. Good job. Now, let’s move on to the “Maryland Man” who was so “abhorrently abducted and deported” by our government, apparently, according to the “news” outlets, illegally, illegitimately, immorally, unethically and cruelly:

First a reminder: 59% of Americans support mass deportations. That was the statistic in the last months of the presidential campaign, and it was what President Trump ran on. Oh, and was elected on, in a landslide. Since the left is losing the case in The People vs. The Mainstream Media, I imagine the support of mass deportations is even higher now, and it increases every time there’s another crime committed by an illegal alien.
Second: In different statements given by this “Maryland Man” – Kilmar Abrego Garcia – who, again, is not a man from Maryland, at all, but rather a citizen of El Salvador, he said in one statement that he fled El Salvador in order to escape gang violence threatened against him and his family. However, in another statement, he said he fled El Salvador in order to escape rival gang violence.
Apparently, it’s widely recognized by law enforcement that gang members of MS-13 wear apparel of the Chicago Bulls:
Third: If he traveled to the U.S. through Guatemala, then Mexico, he was supposed to apply for asylum in one of those countries. The law says the alien must apply for asylum in the first country they enter upon leaving their own country.
Fourth: In 2019, Abrego Garcia was arrested in a Home Depot parking lot in Beltsville, Maryland. Sixth: The Government acknowledged the removal was an error. Only because in his initial arrest, the judge thought there was sufficient evidence that Abrego Garcia was in danger (of rival gang violence) should he be deported back to his country of origin – El Salvador, because he said they had threatened him and his family members. And so, he could have legally been deported to any other country, but that part of the judge’s order was overlooked, and the DOJ admitted this readily. (In light of all the information below, this acknowledgement by the U.S. has since been revoked.)
Next: SCOTUS, in their finding that the Trump Administration has sweeping authority to decide foreign policy (we apparently needed the Supreme Court to tell us this. Duh.), and also to use the Alien Enemies Act to deport illegals, they added in that they thought the administration should “facilitate” the return of Abrego Garcia, due to the Trump Administration’s admission that his deportation to El Salvador was an error even though he did have legitimate deportation orders, (he was just not supposed to be returned to El Salvador). (This order by SCOTUS was also later revoked in light of new information that came forward).

I’m kind of surprised, even though it’s Fox News (the comments are mostly in support of this man’s deportation). Now comes President Bukele of El Salvador, who visited President Trump and several cabinet members at the White House today. When asked by a CNN reporter (you really should watch the video because of President Trump’s comments to her), President Bukele explained how he has no authority to take a citizen of his country, who has been found to have ties to MS-13, then named a terrorist by the United States, with legitimate deportation orders from the United States, and release him in his own country, let alone smuggle him illegally back into the United States). That is not going to happen according to President Bukele.
DOGE recently reported that 6,300 aliens, so far, have been found by DOGE to be on terrorist watch lists, and they don’t claim the number is anywhere near complete. Of those found thus far, you should know that 905 were collecting Medicaid and $276,000 was paid out for their Medicaid claims. 41 collected $42,000 in Unemployment Insurance. 22 Received Student Loans. 409 received 2024 Tax Refunds for a total of $751,000. Many received SNAP benefits. Remember: this only includes those found by DOGE so far.
So, personally, if a person was erroneously arrested or deported, I would, of course, want the situation to be set aright. But in this case, it really doesn’t matter whether he was on the right track with his life, or still involved with gang life here. He entered the country illegally. He should’ve applied for asylum in another country according to the laws, and then if he still wanted to enter the United States, he should have applied to do so legally and he should’ve gone through the legal process He left El Salvador and entered the U.S. fifteen years ago, and maybe could’ve been a citizen by now, if he had chosen to follow the legal path with his life. But he didn’t; he never did any of that. He is a citizen of El Salvador, and he has been returned there and no judge – even a Supreme Court Judge (but least of all a District Judge) has the right to tell El Salvador what to do. And so, I’m afraid he’s stuck there.
Maybe the message to illegal aliens from all this should be: Self-Deport now. Because once all the violent criminals with deportation orders are rounded up and deported, the next round will be those who have not committed crimes after illegally entering here. That only leaves the BIG ONE of entering this country illegally. And based on what I’m seeing and reading, despite the hysteria of the left and the mainstream media, who no longer have influence over the people, the majority of Americans will continue to support their deportations, too.
Despite how much they yell and scream about how unfair it is in their upside-down mental state. In fact, the more they do this, the more credibility they lose, if there’s even any left. (Pssst: there’s not.)
As the mainstream media, the Wall Street Journal (which is part of the mainstream media), Wall Street investors and world leaders freak out about President Trump’s tariffs, the rest of us in middle America just watch you all and scratch our heads. Again.
What are you all freaking out about? Do you really think We the Sane are worried about this? After what we’ve all been through for the last four years? We have a lot more to worry about than whether or not your Dow Jones Investments stay at a 100% profit for you. And…a tariff war? I doubt it.
This is about class. And you don’t have any.
The top 10% in wealth and income in the United States owns 93% of the stock market. That’s a fact.
The lower 50% of earners in the U.S. own 1% of the stock market, mostly in their 401(k)s. So stay calm and stop whining and freaking out, because you 10%-ers don’t represent the rest of America. We realize the Stock Market is important and we all want to succeed, but your panic is not justified.
When Donald Trump came into office in 2017, the Dow was at 19,000-ish. Even with Covid lock downs, it increased in value a whopping 65% under Trump’s first Administration. Under Joe Biden, it gained another 15,000 points. So, since 2017, investors in the Dow have doubled their investment values – the Dow going from 19,000 pts. in 2017 to it’s current value today of almost 38,000 pts. And now you want to freak out because your profits are down to 90% of what they were before the tariffs went into effect a few days ago.
Forgive us if we choose to sit this panic cycle out.
Middle America may empathize with you, but we hardly think it’s time to have a breakdown. We recognize this sort of frenzy by now. It’s self-induced. So please sit down and stop screaming.

In January, Trump announced a $500 billion private investment in AI infrastructure led by OpenAI, Oracle and SoftBank.

In addition to penalizing countries who had pre-existing tariffs on our goods, discouraging their nations from buying from us, President Trump has secured the commitments from the above list of companies for business investments inside the U.S., creating new American jobs. It also helps us bring the supply chain back to America for especially necessary goods like pharmaceuticals. We currently buy 90% of our pharmaceuticals from India and China. And if there’s one thing we’ve learned through Covid, it’s that we cannot trust China with our critical needs.

HERE WE GO AGAIN: Once again they’re blatantly humiliating themselves as they feign this sudden hysteria about national security. This happened yesterday (and today they’re dragging into congressional committee hearings people like new CIA Director John Ratcliffe and Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard) because some unknown radical activist/journalist named Jeff Goldberg of the D.C.-rag-tag-Mark-Milley-is-a-hero magazine, “The Atlantic” (that tells you all you need to know about it) made it public that he was included in a Signal app text message with several high-ranking U.S. government officials, as they discussed the pros and cons of attacking the Houthis pirates in the Red Sea because they’ve attacked hundred of ships there, obstructing shipping so much they’ve basically shut down the Suez Canal, in their global terror agenda, funded by Iran (thank you, democrats).
Some of the discussion in the texts apparently included points like: why are we spending American taxpayer dollars to defend and protect China’s ships, Germany’s ships, France and Italy’s ships (for example) when 40% of the shipping traffic through the Suez Canal is Europe’s and only 3% of it is America’s. This is a legitimate point, and a good one. As I pointed out in a recent article: “Hey Zelenskyy, Why Don’t You Ask Europe For Help?”, why does the average American taxpayer have to work January through April just to pay our annual taxes, in part to defend Canada and all of Europe, just so Europe can – excuse my “french” – sit on their ASS (aka: their Donkey?) and do nothing to protect themselves, little to help the Ukraine, hide from their NATO obligations, but milk us on tariffs?
Just let me get this straight: Now that you dems let a Chinese Spy balloon traverse the entire continental United States, stalling over our nuclear and other most sensitive military sites to gather intel for China, you want us to believe you’re suddenly worried about our national security?

Now that you led the most disastrous pull-out of a country since Vietnam, getting 13 American soldiers killed at the Abbey Gate in Afghanistan, you want us to believe you’re suddenly worried about national security?

After 300,000 American youths have died from fentanyl overdoses – at your hands due to the open borders – you’re now worried about national security?
After Biden stole classified documents, many having to do with war plans, from a SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) as a Senator, (this is not my allegation; just read Special Counsel Robert Hurr’s report), threw them in an unsecured box in his unsecured garage, and even shared them with his ghost writer so he could brag about himself in his book, you’re all suddenly worried about national security?

That would be like adopting another California, only without anywhere near the GDP or income, or natural resources, or any of the other good things about California. Canada has about a $50 billion trade surplus with the United States. In his usual style of protecting the American taxpayer (what a concept!!!!!), Donald Trump announced a 25% tariff would go into effect on April 2nd, in an effort to even that deficit/surplus out, making it more to our advantage. That’s what made them mad!!! The audacity!
So, like Europe, Canada believes they are entitled to these surpluses while we are running a national debt of $36 trillion. No biggie.
Also, Canada is a member of NATO. And just like nine countries in Europe (and it was many more until Donald Trump called them all out about it), they are obligated to pay a mere 2% of their GDP toward their defense. However, just like Europe, they don’t. Canada is still paying into NATO only about 1.3% of its GDP.
They are subsidized by us through the NORAD shield: meaning, they know that in the event that they were invaded or attacked by another country, the U.S. would protect them in order to protect ourselves. So, I’m assuming Canada thinks, ‘Who needs NATO? Who needs to honor our commitments to NATO by paying our full duty? Why bother? The United States will protect us.’
And then, once the tariffs were announced, the Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford, announced that he would “shut off the electricity” of Minnesota, Michigan and New York states, and that he would do it “with a smile on his face.” Don’t blame me, those were his exact words.
Can someone tell me exactly how petulant a person must be to get mad that someone finally has the backbone to stand up to your pillaging of our money, sets out to stop you from taking advantage of us any longer, and you’re mad about that? Mad enough and immature enough to threaten to turn off the electricity to three states? What is wrong with your head??? Pop. of Michigan: 10 million. Pop. of New York: 19.5 million. Pop. of Minnesota: 5.7 million. Now you’ve made 35 million people not only mad, but determined to take back our energy industry and supply it to ourselves. We know we can’t rely on you for anything, Canada, except your decades-long abuse of our economy. You are only parasitic in your character and nature, sucking the life out of us like much of the rest of the world. And for too long our so-called “leaders” have let you eat us alive.

And so, President Trump announced yesterday that he would double the tariffs on all Canadian goods coming into the U.S., effective tomorrow (today, March 12, 2025). A few people in Michigan and New York were worried that their electricity would either be shut off or double in price, but for the most part, they didn’t care. It would be worth it in a trade war with the audacious, spoiled, and whiny Canadians. They are, after all, not Americans. They lack the fortitude and willingness to sacrifice, as many Americans have, time and again, in the way of blood and treasure to save and secure the world. You’re welcome, Canada, Europe, and the rest of you ingrates, for all the years of letting you suck the blood out of us while we do nothing but protect you.

I was recently telling a friend that I can’t get it to sink in that President Trump won, especially so decisively. I still have PTSD from the 2020 election plus the last four years. Can’t processed it that it’s okay to relax and celebrate the win. And because I know of the evil of the democratic party, every time a helicopter flies over my house I still wake up, even if it’s 3:00 o’clock in the morning, wondering: did China invade us overnight? I used to get up every morning and open my Bible, first thing. Now I turn on the news to see if the dems have cause some catastrophe (like starting WWIII, which they’ve now practically done). I jerk awake and the first thing I think is…did the economy crash? Did they assassinate someone? Did China invade Taiwan, or even the U.S. homeland? What evil schemes are they plotting next?
My friend said, “Just breathe. Everyone feels that way. We just need to take a break, even though we’re exhausted, and rest for a few. We’ve been in a (spiritual) war (this is a prayer partner) and you can’t stay up at the front line all the time. You need to take a break. God isn’t mad at you (for just resting).”

**Jim Gaffigan’s statement here about the stark differences of the two presidential candidates, couldn’t be more true. A fact that is pointed out by this blog on a regular basis, if I do say so myself. The Grand Canyon of chasms lies between these two candidates as well as what are now the Democratic Party and the Republican Party. And this monstrous chasm between the candidates is just like the difference between night and day, black and white, evil and good. This is a spiritual war, and this article and the comparisons of these two events – Harris snubbing Catholics by skipping this Al Smith dinner while openly mocking Christians at her rally – are perfect examples of this difference between the candidates. One candidate, Donald Trump, is for God and Jesus Christ, and the other candidate, Kamala Harris, is for satan and the anti-Christ.

A former Democrat, he officially endorsed Donald Trump for President on “X” on July 13th – after the first assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania.
Today he posted quite a long, but good, explanation for this decision. I am beyond having the patience for people, myself, anymore, who have to have this stuff “splained” to them. It just seems like, “Where ya been?” but I guess those of us who read and study and believe in the Bible have more awareness of how immoral and obnoxiously anti-Christ the democratic party has become, and in fact, has been for years.
So, good for him. He’s able to explain what I’ve explained many times, and now feel is just the definition of demon-possession and insanity.
IT’S DEMON-POSSESSION, PEOPLE. AND IF YOU CANNOT SEE THIS, THEN YOU HAVE MUCH BIGGER PROBLEMS THAN YOU THINK!!!

A number of my good friends and family have been surprised about my decision to support @realDonaldTrump for president. They have been surprised because my political giving history has been mostly to Democrats, my voting registration has typically been Democrat (in NY, you must be registered to the party in order to vote in the primary, and usually the Republican candidate has no chance to win), and many of our philanthropic initiatives have supported issues that are consistent with Democratic priorities. All of the above said, I have always considered myself to be a centrist and/or moderate, and I have voted for the candidate and supported the issues and policies that I believe are in the best interest of the country. Some have accused me of supporting Trump because doing so will somehow benefit me financially. Fortunately, I do not need any financial benefits as I and my family have well more than we need. I have also committed to give away the substantial majority of my resources at or by the time I am no longer, so I don’t consider personal financial benefits in the determination of whom I support for office. Some have suggested that I am supporting Trump because I am seeking a position in his administration. To be clear, I haven’t been offered one and I wouldn’t take a job in the administration (I love my job and it is the wrong time in my life to work in an administration). I will, however, do everything else I can to help the president succeed in helping our country and its citizens. All of the above said, I am an investor who manages funds that own some of the best, principally American, businesses in the world. In a better governed and managed America, these business will do better and increase in value faster. One might therefore argue that being ‘long’ America is somehow a conflict, so I thought to disclose this potential ‘conflict’ here. Some of my friends and family who support @KamalaHarris are ok with my supporting Trump, but don’t want me to attempt to convince others to support him. Because I strongly believe that a Trump administration will be better for the country and the world than a Harris administration, I think it is important to share my thinking to the extent it helps others come to the right conclusion. Three months ago, when I endorsed Trump on the day of the first assassination attempt, I promised to share my thinking about why I came to this conclusion in a future more detailed post. I intend to do so in possibly more than one post, with the first, this one, explaining the actions and policies of the Biden/Harris administration and Democratic Party that were the catalysts for my losing total confidence in the administration and the Party. To be clear, my decision to vote for Trump is not an endorsement of everything he has done or will do because he is an imperfect man. Unlike a marriage or a business partnership where there are effectively unlimited alternatives, in this election, we have only two viable choices. Of the two, I believe that Trump is by far the superior candidate despite his flaws and mistakes he has made in the past. As always, I welcome your feedback on how I could be wrong and on how the below actions and policies I outline below might actually have been good for America. I have always believed that the best way to get to the truth is to hear the best arguments on all sides of an issue. While the 33 actions I describe below are those of the Democratic Party and the Biden/Harris administration, they are also the actions and policies that unfortunately our most aggressive adversaries would likely implement if they wanted to destroy America from within, and had the ability to take control of our leadership. These are the 33:
(1) open the borders to millions of immigrants who were not screened for their risk to the country, dumping them into communities where the new immigrants overwhelm existing communities and the infrastructure to support the new entrants, at the expense of the historic residents,
(2) introduce economic policies and massively increase spending without regard to their impact on inflation and the consequences for low-income Americans and the increase in our deficit and national debt,
(3) withdraw from Afghanistan, abandoning our local partners and the civilians who worked alongside us in an unprepared, overnight withdrawal that led to American casualties and destroyed the lives of Afghani women and girls for generations, against the strong advice of our military leadership, and thereafter not showing appropriate respect for their loss at a memorial ceremony in their honor,
(4) introduce thousands of new and unnecessary regulations in light of the existing regulatory regime that interfere with our businesses’ ability to compete, restraining the development of desperately needed housing, infrastructure, and energy production with the associated inflationary effects,
(5) modify the bail system so that violent criminals are released without bail,
(6) destroy our street retailers and communities and promote lawlessness by making shoplifting (except above large thresholds) no longer a criminal offense,
(7) limit and/or attempt to limit or ban fracking and LNG so that U.S. energy costs increase substantially and the U.S. loses its energy independence,
(8) promote DEI ideologies that award jobs, awards, and university admissions on the basis of race, sexual identity and gender criteria, and teach our students and citizens that the world can only be understood as an unfair battle between oppressors and the oppressed, where the oppressors are only successful due to structural racism or a rigged system and the oppressed are simply victims of an unfair system and world,
(9) educate our elementary children that gender is fluid, something to be chosen by a child, and promote hormone blockers and gender reassignment surgeries to our youth without regard to the longer-term consequences to their mental and physical health, and allow biological boys and men to compete in girls and women’s sports, depriving girls and women of scholarships, awards, and other opportunities that they would have rightly earned otherwise,
(10) encourage and celebrate massive protests and riots that lead to the burning and destruction of local retail and business establishments while at the same time requiring schools to be shuttered because of the risk of Covid-19 spreading during large gatherings,
(11) encourage and celebrate anti-American and anti-Israel protests and flag burning on campuses around the country with no consequences for the protesters who violate laws or university codes and policies,
(12) allow antisemitism to explode with no serious efforts from the administration to quell this hatred,
(13) mandate vaccines that have not been adequately tested nor have their risks been properly considered compared with the potential benefits adjusted for the age and health of the individual, censoring the contrary advice of top scientists around the world,
(14) shut down free speech in media and on social media platforms that is inconsistent with government policies and objectives,
(15) use the U.S., state, and local legal systems to attack and attempt to jail, take off the campaign trail, and/or massively fine candidates for the presidency without regard to the merits or precedential issues of the case,
(16) seek to defund the police and promote anti-police rhetoric causing a loss of confidence in those who are charged with protecting us,
(17) use government funds to subsidize auto companies and internet providers with vastly more expensive, dated and/or lower-quality technology when greatly superior and cheaper alternatives are available from companies that are owned and/or managed by individuals not favored by the current administration,
(18) mandate in legislation and otherwise government solutions to problems when the private sector can do a vastly better, faster, and cheaper job,
(19) seek to ban gas-powered cars and stoves without regard to the economic and practical consequences of doing so,
(20) take no serious actions when 45 American citizens are killed by terrorists and 12 are taken hostage,
(21) hold back armaments and weaponry from our most important ally in the Middle East in the midst of their hostage negotiations, hostages who include American citizens who have now been held for more than one year,
(22) eliminate sanctions on one of our most dangerous enemies enabling them to generate $150 billion+ of cash reserves from oil sales, which they can then use to fund terrorist proxy organizations who attack us and our allies. Exchange five American hostages held by Iran for five Iranians plus $6 billion of cash in the worst hostage negotiation in history setting a disastrous and dangerous precedent,
(23) remove known terrorist organizations from the terrorist list so we can provide aid to their people, and allow them to shoot rockets at U.S. assets and military bases with little if any military response from us,
(24) lie to the American people about the cognitive health of the president and accuse those who provide video evidence of his decline of sharing doctored videos and being right wing conspirators,
(25) do nothing about the deteriorating health of our citizens driven by the food industrial complex, the fraudulent USDA food pyramid, and the inclusion of ingredients in our food that are banned by other countries around the world which are more protective of their citizens,
(26) do nothing about the proliferation of new vaccines that are not properly analyzed for their risk versus the potential benefit for healthy children who are mandated to receive them,
(27) do nothing about the continued exemption from liability for the pharma industry that has led to a proliferation of mandatory vaccines for children without considering the potential cumulative effects of the now mandated 72-shot regime,
(28) convince our minority youth that they are victims of a rigged system and that the American dream is not available to them,
(29) fail to provide adequate Secret Service protection for alternative presidential candidates,
(30) litigate to prevent alternative candidates from getting on the ballot, and take other anti-competitive steps including threatening political consultants who wish to work for alternative candidates for the presidency, and limit the potential media access for other candidates by threatening the networks’ future access to the administration and access to ‘scoops’ if they platform an alternative candidate,
(31) select the Democratic nominee for president in a backroom process by undisclosed party leaders without allowing Americans to choose between candidates in an open primary,
(32) choose an inferior candidate for the presidency when other much more qualified candidates are available and interested to serve,
(33) litigate to make it illegal for states to require proof of citizenship, voter ID, and/or residence in order to vote at a time when many Americans have lost confidence in the accuracy and trustworthiness of our voting system. I welcome your thoughts.
