Good job, International Olympic Committee. Orchestrating an Opening Ceremony that offended 2.4 Billion Christians all across the earth – and much more importantly, GOD.
Good job.
In a ceremonial enactment of the Last Supper of Jesus, using Drag Queens – one who had a deity halo on her head and another who, being completely painted blue, was wearing nothing but a speedo with half of his junk hanging out as the “Main Dish” – it felt like Satan was using these reprobate human puppets (who were apparently not hard to find) to say to Christians and to Jesus: shove this down your throat.
At least, that was what it felt like to me.

The Opening Ceremony also included a Pale Horse, a Golden Calf and an act that bewilderingly included numerous beheaded people holding their heads in their hands.

Then there was Candace Cameron Bure.

That very night, and over the next few days following the act, the outcry, at least on X, was loud and widespread. I was so glad to see that.
In fact, the outcry was so prolific, that YouTube took the video of the act down the following day.
And the IOC apologized:
“Clearly there was never an intention to show disrespect to any religious group. [The opening ceremony] tried to celebrate community tolerance,” Paris 2024 spokesperson Anne Descamps said at a news conference. “We believe this ambition was achieved. If people have taken any offense, we are really sorry.”

Following the heinous Opening Ceremony act, the city went black! Apparently from arson attacks:
This comes after a series of arson attacks in the city on Friday. The attacks affected the city’s transit system. SNCF, a French railway company.
But wait, what is that one lit building in the background?
One Christian by the name of Ben Lim posted this:
the Sacre Coeur Church remained lit.
Millions across the globe saw this. And the Christians on X took note.
As the images went, and stayed, viral, publications in every country picked up on it.
The vociferous outcry from Christians all across the world was heartening. So were some of the signs from Christian athletes, including 16-year-old Brazilian skateboarder Rayssa Leal:

God bless her, all the Christian athletes, those who stood up on Social Media and other avenues; God bless Elon Musk, Benny Johnson, Kyle Becker, Ben Lim, the celebrities who spoke out including Rob Schneider, and all others who stood up not only for Christians, but for Christ.
Galatians 6:7 – 7 Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. 8 Whoever sows to please their flesh, from the flesh will reap destruction; whoever sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.
Good job, International Olympic Committee, and God-mocking Opening Ceremony “artists”.

Thank you for including the photos and websites in the blog! It’s so heartening to see quotes from people like Gillian Michaels, Elon Musk and Rob Schneider…especially his remarks. I had not seen the blackout photos of Paris with Sacre Cour still illuminated! Praise the Lord for that!! We will still support the athletes who have dedicated their whole lives to participate in these games. It’s not their fault that the “host” country chose to put on such a satanic display of perversion. Keep up the good work! Gloria Brazill
